Northeast Delta Dental is the region’s most trusted name in dental insurance administering dental benefits for more than 853,000 people in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Dental plans are available to suit individuals, families, and companies of all sizes.

As a wellness focused organization, Northeast Delta Dental is proud to support road races, walks, and other athletic events including the Northeast Delta Dental Mount Washington Road Race that help us reinvest in our communities and benefit nonprofit organizations such as Coos County Family Health Services.

Oral health is critical to overall wellness and by design, our dental insurance plans encourage preventive habits and procedures. Recognizing this important connection, Northeast Delta Dental launched an industry-leading, patient-centered oral health program titled Health through Oral Wellness ® (HOW ® ) in 2013. The HOW ® program empowers patients to take control of their oral health and provides additional preventive care such as fluoride varnish and sealants for adults, tobacco cessation counseling, nutrition counseling, and additional dental cleanings, to eligible patients at greater risk for oral disease.

Furthering our commitment to overall health, Northeast Delta Dental’s partnership with Tufts Health Freedom Plan in New Hampshire allows us to work together to identify opportunities for better care coordination, to improve the health of our subscribers. Employers who purchase medical benefits from Tufts Health Freedom Plan, and dental coverage from Northeast Delta Dental, will be offered a reduced premium.

A sister company to the Mt. Washington Auto Road, the Glen House is the official headquarters hotel of the Northeast Delta Dental Mount Washington Road Race. This new hotel at the base of the Auto Road is the fifth iteration of The Glen House and features 68-rooms and gives a nod to its predecessors who date back to the late 1800’s.

The hotel features an indoor, heated, saltwater pool and full-service restaurant, The Notch Grille. Half of the rooms feature balconies facing the highest summit in the Northeast.

Leave the driving and parking behind; stay at the base of the mountain in preparation for the race! Racers can walk on the trails of Great Glen directly to event tent and starting line.
