WHEN IS BIB PICK-UP?

Race morning is busy with an inevitable traffic jam of vehicles trying to arrive and park and with support vehicles leaving the base of the road before the strict 8:00 am cut off.
ARRIVE EARLY! Pick up your bib early so that you can get your support driver to head up the mountain well before 8:00 am.
WHERE IS BIB PICK-UP?
Friday’s bib pick-up will be in the Red Barn behind the base lodge on the eastern side of campus.
Saturday’s Bib pick-up and racer check-in will be hosted under a large white event tent located at the base of the Auto Road. For directions >>
The field surrounding the event tent serves as the parking area for the event. Please read the comprehensive parking guide and highly consider printing the associated material for your support driver.
PHOTO ID REQUIRED at check-in; no exceptions. You are not permitted to pick up racer packets on behalf of friends or family members, nor will you be allowed to access another racer’s “Auto Pass.” Please read our policy on Unregistered Runners to understand the extent of our policies.
ANATOMY OF THE RACE BIB
The race bibs for the Delta Dental Mount Washington Road Race are designed with an Auto Pass removable ticket across the top. These tickets CANNOT be replaced if lost.
These tickets are removable for a reason! It is essential you remove the “Auto Pass” ticket from your bib and give it to your support driver prior to their departure from the base.
Please remember your support driver is required to have at least (3) Auto Passes to access the Auto Road on race morning; it is imperative you transfer your Auto Pass to your support driver in advance of their arrival at the Toll House.
POST-RACE MEAL
A post-race meal is no longer provided as part of this event. However, food trucks are available for the purchase of food & beverages.
