Events and Marketing Assistant

The Events and Marketing Assistant will work with the Events and Marketing Director to create a comprehensive marketing strategy and promotional calendar for the Mt. Washington Auto Road and Great Glen Trails Outdoor Center. The assistant will be responsible for creative content and on-brand designs that support this strategy through digital, print, and analog channels for internal and external communications. This position supports event planning, logistics and execution. Strong candidates will have excellent writing and editing skills, experience with Google and Adobe Creative Suite, website content management systems (web development a plus), and customer relations. Office Assistant

The Mount Washington Auto Road and Great Glen Trails are seeking to fill the position of Office Assistant. This position will work closely with all of our administrative staff, including the GM, Bookkeeper and Operations. Successful candidates will be a self-starter, have excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks skills, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong bookkeeping skills, payroll experience and business management experience preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits working in our main office at the base of the Auto Road.
